2. Payment Terms

• All subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis.
• Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
• Prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We offer a no-refund policy once a subscription is activated. Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
• If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased plan, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

• Users can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new plan will take effect immediately, and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
• Downgrades will apply from the next billing cycle, and there will be no partial refunds for the current cycle.

5. Auto-Renewal

• All plans are set to auto-renew by default. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

6. Changes to Pricing

• FastWrite AI reserves the right to modify pricing or features at any time. Users will be notified in advance if any changes affect their current plan.
